Before we get too far into 2024, I wanted to do an art summary for 2023, because it marks an important year for me. This has been the first year of my whole life in which I posted a new piece of art every month. I only established my streaming and art-making schedule in June 2022. Before then, I could only manage at most a-couple-months-worth of effort at a time, and always without specific focus (hence my frequent moments of burnout). The last time I did an art summary was in 2013, and a glance at that clearly shows my inconsistency, with WIPs that never got finished (but had to be included, due to there being nothing else).

I've posted 143 pieces of work in the last 2 years. There's a lot of inconsistency, but there's a lot of stuff I am proud of. It's amazing how fast the last 2 years have gone. It's a strange time for me. These should be the years that I devote myself to coding projects so I can build my portfolio and resume, and instead I'm putting more time into art than ever, and enjoying it.

Each of these pictures is the most favorited picture I've posted for each month. The exception is July, because my actual most-favorited picture was produced over several months, instead of part of my usual workflow, so it seemed unfair to include it as just "July".
