Starting of the year of the dragon

with Introduction of Toshira Lakamori
An eastern dragon male with some bovine blood in his veins.
He was originally going to be in epilogue of "potent candy", but didn't feel that worked. I couldn't then and still haven't fully decide what his role would be. I kept going around with three different positions he might occupy, and even his design & personality went through changes.
But I like his original character concept, and loving the final design we worked with StarrFallHybrid
