Simplicity is good, but there's still some complexity in this piece. Or at least layers.

A scantly-clad woman with a floating, thought-controlled sword instead of a a lower arm, standing in front of a massive felled foe. Include her grim expression, and you have mystery galore. A plethora questions arise in my skull, centering around the puzzle of how everything came to be, and what's going to happen next.
