There's other possible explanations for the repeating time and location among the disappearances, the perp's personal schedule, transit systems, maybe something magical, and of course that's still assuming her estimation of the time and location being the same is correct. That said some of this is experience and intuition, and it's not like it would still hurt to investigate that stuff anyways.
