Sorry I'm late this month. Caught some kind of cootie and it took me out of commission for a solid week. Also had company drop by for a week before that. Got into a weather-related car crash that's gonna cost me 6k+ and got slammed with 1k+ in vet bills. So 2024 is off to a spectacular start for me.
Sometimes I just need to paint something simple and relatively easy. Nothing too complicated. Just some furry dumptruck Pixar mom ass. Enjoy. Or don't. Whatever boats your float. Yes, Froge. I think. I'm pretty sure I put him in here. Shit.... Am I blind? Where dafqu'd I put that little bastard?

i second-guessed m'self a few times, bobbie-j
i don't see this kind of lady depicted often enough
raven-haired
subtly-bemused
(this depiction of) prædimi, totally, could be my next desktop wallpaper
who knows?
perhaps my phones, as well
oh!
there ya go, bobbie-j
wallpapers
you already have yourself a catalogue..
..you reckon if, maybe, you could get the licensing arranged for you to make that happen?

Hm.... I dunno. How much of a market is there for that really? In my experience, if people have a free option and a paid option, they will usually opt for the free unless it's something important or something they really want. I can't imagine too many people going gaga over wallpaper.
What I really hoped to go for at some point was 3D printing. I had so, so many ideas.

that's the beauty of getting a Middle Man involved: you just submit to them the files; they can handle the rest of the heavy lifting (for a fee)
though. . . . .
. . . . .at a minimum, you would need to stipulate, these middle men are not to "independently" sale any of your shit — that, they do so at Risk Of Penalty.
(Theoretically, this Legal Stipuläte should need-only span no more than two sentences, at 40-words max.)
what happened with yer 3-D printin'?
is it somethin' you covered in a journal?
(i maintain my policy of not really following journals: i'm kinda Emotionally Exhausted
{as it were, bobbie-j})

Meh, I'm a breast man.
And holy fucking shit, woman! This looks like a Vallejo painting! Excellent work!
Also, I can't find Frogge. Good work there, too!
Your shading and use of light are exquisite here, and I love the way you have both fine details and a slightly blurred perspective on different parts of the piece; it really helps focus the viewer's attention to the right spots.
And those paint lines! What medium(s) did you use here?

Many thanks. :D You are very kind.
Vallejo and Frazetta were two of my biggest influences growing up. Their work will always hold a special place in my heart.
I almost exclusively use Rebelle these days. Oils are my fave by far. There's also this really nice little function where you can manipulate colors by shadow, midtones, and light. I set shadows to slightly magenta/red, leave the midtones, and change the lights to blue/teal. Adjust a bit and boom, instant Vallejo look. :D Used the same technique on this gal: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54314726/
Also, butt-goblin all the way. :D Boobs are nice and all but butt is where it's at.

Absolutely stunning! And I really appreciate that you took care to position the tail in the correct spot to be in line as a continuation of the spine. That attention to detail really adds to the realism! And yes you did add froggy because I found him. Beautiful artwork!
Oh, aye. I've heard of it. I just wouldn't have thought it would leave visual artifacts. I think you might be seeing brushstokes. I've been using a fingerprint alpha on some of my brushes because I Like the textures it makes. I'm not sure anyone else likes it though so I might stop doing that or I might tone it down a bit.
