I got Isekai'd into a Pokemon by a Jirachi 12
From the latest Stream Batch!
Masterhand0000 finally got a new addition to their Gardevoirification set! She's been set loose on at her trainer's home, and is quickly renamed by her. Which by the looks of it Shea isn't taking very well. Dialogue will be added in the separated version.
Her trainer is
Mr-Haitch OC Cait.
I took the Gardevoir Vintage Sprite from this fan version made by ninboy01.

I imagined that all this would happen. How I commented on the canvas. And it's normal for Shea to feel like he's had that name for years. As if he had lived his entire life as a Pokémon in that world.
Of course, his essence, his human name are there, but at the moment of receiving a nickname from his trainer these have been superimposed by his essence as a Pokémon from that world. As if he now wears a mask himself, and wants to take it off, but he discovers that it is now his face, if he couldn't remember what it was before he put it on. Was he really human to begin with?
Under this reasoning, I wouldn't be surprised if Shea, when he goes to sleep or has strong moments of introspection, gradually has memories of his life in that world. Since he was born, what he lived as a Ratz and all the battles he fought against other Pokémon to grow and evolve into a Gardevoir. As if he had always been part of the Pokémon world.
But, there is still hope. Psychic Pokémon have very powerful minds, and if Shea holds on to the memory of his original self, his human self, she could eventually remember his original face and name. But for that she would have to accept her existence as a Pokémon and go through years, many years of meditation to reach those answers. The bad thing is that by then Shea will be a Gardevoir more than a century old, her trainer will have died and as a very old Pokémon and she knew those memories are a distant and distant Echo of a time and a world that do not exist. They just wouldn't care anymore. She knows that where the Pokémon world comes from is a fiction, but now it is her reality. And all she has left is to cry for the lack of her beloved coach, who is no longer here.

I see. Now that I think about it, the affinity between Shea and her trainer will skyrocket, and with a lot of affection, strong battles (and one or two visits to the Daycare for Shea to discover motherhood) our protagonist will adapt in a short time and achieve total control of her powers. From there she could unlock the memories of her original self.
Thanks for answering. I know you haven't had your best moment, but I appreciate that you continue drawing and making stories.
