Sylvando loves nothing more than dancing and performing back when he was a traveling performer. He opened up a school to spread smiles and joy to everyone, no one can dance better than him. A Dragonite wanted to try one of his classes, but couldn't afford it.
Seeing that the Dragonite really wanted to dance, he decided to wear the Dragonite and if he can dance without using the dragon, he'd give the dragon one free lesson.
Lucky for the Dragonite, he dances on a daily basis, but likes to be fair and will try not to use the dragonite, even if the dragonite gets used, at least hes watching Sylvando's fancy footwork
