...and the sad part is i CANT report this mother fucker for this... ive already tried, i have to actually call them up and TELL them hes doing this, costing my uncle a shitton of money in long distance, JUST to report some little Asshole on ebay whose abusing his buyer powers...

I've used eBay for years if anybody gives me a bad product does not ship on time or it is enough to what they say it is I do not give them a good review and I also report them to eBay sorry you're having problems but eBay listens to all of their customers, buyers and sellers.

i cant report him for this, and he hasnt even shipped the item because i havnt paid him, and i told him NOT to ship it until this weekened because i wouldnt be able to pay the 65 cents until this weekend, the fact is though, hes telling me NOT to leave negative feedback on an item i havnt even seen yet...

okays, well when you receive the product if it's good I would give him a good review if it's bad, give him a bad review regardless of what they say, they have no choice in accepting a review good or bad.

I had something like that happen. Got a pocket watch for some Chinese guy. It broke, I tried to ask for a return address, but I didn't get one, however I did get a half refund for giving them five stars... So if they come dogging me for a return and I got a full refund fine, if not, I got half my money back, and a pocket watch that MIGHT be easy to fix..... Ebay can get confusing xD
