Presumably in this scene, Astrid was trying to show Tap some sneaking or hunting moves, with the help of an unsuspecting chiromushi.
They stalked the chiromushi until he ran behind a series of bushes - when all of a sudden, a whole gang of chiromushi erupted from the brush, taking the dolostia completely by surprise!
Would chiromushi be a tasty snack I wonder, or would they be chewy or gooey on the inside like the bugs they are? :/ Either way, Astrid and Tap are vastly outnumbered now, they'd better find something else to bother and or eat.

, Tap is essentially a domesticated breed of dolostia atrox :)

EDIT: this just in, Kiki has informed me that chiromushi are gross, rubbery, and have the texture of dehydrated fruit XD Apparently, it is for the better that Astrid and Tap had their dinner ruined :)

It's been a while without commenting your drawings :} I still love the whole of your style to the marrow of my bones. It's always a happy finding to see your art pop in my message inbox; obviously some times are happier than others, like this!, I _love_ Astrid and your atroxes, all of them!, and I still think you draw the cutest toes, round and fleshy with smooth round claws, they remind me of Zilla's feet (that sweet reptile from 1998 Tristar's Godzilla).

Edit: Silly me, I _did_ add "A Tense Moment" to my favorites ^-^ Your porn is like PurpleKecleon's, the colors, the lineart, --and in your case also the expressions--, all of it make it so pretty that the fact that it's porn is almost secondary; Though I'll have to say that out of all the penises I've seen in FurAffinity, yours are among the most delectable, this is just my humble and very subjective opinion, everyone else can disagree, it doesn't change what I think :}
