A Third Wave of Transformations (Chapter 5)
A second sequel to my stories of C.I.D.F. documentation, which consists of the C.I.D.F. documenting every individual that was once a human being, but had been transformed into an anthro animal permanently from the CNG effects. The purpose is to figure out why CNG did this to the specific individual, and also to keep them safe from the forces of evil. It also will allow SuperCat to see if he has any potential new recruits in the G-52 Organization, since both organizations are sister organizations to one another. The story was based on my experience using Bing Image Creator, but FurAffinity doesn't allow AI-generated art. (Using it did help me somewhat because I cannot draw.)
Due to inclement weather, Cripto's basement ends up being the site of the documentation. Dark Wolf's health also prevents him from being able to hold the big parade he wants to hold until after all is said and done.

Blitz Fox: I see Cripto mentioned sex education. Back in The Netherlands, as throughout with Europe, sex education is taught to children in school. I don't know how it works in America, but there's a reason why in my country, this is done.
Zax: Sex education policies varies by school across the USA. I didn't learn about it until middle school. Some American elementary schools do teach it, but usually notify parents about this first and why that is important.
Chuong: I learned about sex ed back in Denmark a long time ago. European children are typically taught this subject because it helps them to prepare for puberty more. This also helps to encourage people to make the right decisions in their lives, which also adds to the universal concept of abstinence before marriage. That way children can be raised in stable families so they can grow up to be effective workers tomorrow to maintain and improve society.

Cripto: I was a freshman in high school when I had to take it again, because they did it in middle school and high school. Due to my autism, I couldn't handle it. I couldn't look at those graphic images they showed, and I did have nightmares about it, so I vowed to God I would be single forever.
Quiz King: Autism or no autism, tigers have been solitary cats historically. By my opinions, it should be taught, but wait until the kids are old enough to understand it.
