Dawn of Drones CP4
Chapter 4 – Ketex:
When Kevin awoke once more it was with new purpose in mind, his eyes opening as he reached out and felt Marble and Elory’s minds ping back. With two drones now things were really starting to get interesting, and even with the late-night visit with the strange creature he was more confident than ever that he could be the drone master that he had been programmed to be. But with the potential for the interference of the aliens still being in his mind the wolf had also resolved that he would divorce himself from as much of his predessores as he could in order to make what he had as his own and not theirs. There would be no aliens ruling over him, Kevin thought to himself as he looked into the mirror and saw his glowing blue eyes staring back, and though the ship that caused his transformation in the first place had exploded it didn’t mean that he couldn’t make some changes to himself.
In fact with two drones he felt more powerful than before and remembered the gift that he had given Elory, who was now KJ-02, in order to augment his love of music. He hadn’t even thought about doing that before and yet he was able to shape the man’s form while becoming a drone for him. That was what he needed to do for himself, and while he wasn’t sure it would satiate the creature that had visited him last night it might just keep him from being taken control of by the alien programming inside of him. The first thing that he needed to do was a change in designation as he told Elory and Marble through their mental communications that he needed to speak with them after work.
The rest of the day passed by rather uneventfully and it seemed that his drone master slide was under control for the time being, though more than once he found himself looking over people while thinking of their potential. Kevin could feel the alien mind within him though and knew that it was stirring to the point where he might get overwhelmed with the need to create drones. He reminded himself this was his instinct to control and for the most part it seemed to be enough to keep the desire that he had felt with Marble and Elory at bay. Eventually the work day was over and he found himself practically running back to his apartment in order to wait for his drones there, only to remember that he didn’t really have anything for them once they got there and decided to stop in at the local corner shop in order to pick up some snacks.
It was a somewhat small space despite taking up the entire corner of the building and was mostly filled with snacks and other items of convenience as Kevin looked around. Even though they were essentially made of alien rubber with the facsimile of being their old selves they still needed food for energy, especially since the typical way of drones charging was in pieces about a hundred feet underneath a bunch of muck. After grabbing a handful of instant meals and a few other snacks that the others had told him to get through the neural link he took everything and made his way over to the counter. Since this shop was in his neighborhood Kevin had visited it before and with night falling he could see that the night shift had already begun as the dark brown-furred wolf sat behind the counter flipping through a magazine.
“Good evening Frank,” Kevin said as he set everything down, which prompted a sigh from the other man as he got up and started to scan everything into the register. “How’s the night shift treating you?”
“Can’t complain,” Frank replied, his short blond hair brushing against the small horn that was in the middle of his forehead. That seemed to be the extent of the conversation that the other lupine was willing to have with him and Kevin frowned slightly at that. He could see the visible grimace on his face and it was clear that he was unhappy about something, though from the times that he had interacted with him before he always seemed to be in such a mood. If it wasn’t the store policy it was likely that the wolf probably would complain but literally couldn’t as he bagged everything up while he scanned it.
While he knew it was none of his business Kevin had once talked to the person that worked the day shift and found out that he lived on his own since he no longer was on speaking terms with his family, which the shopkeeper hadn’t been too sure on why but he did know that Frank preferred the company of men even if he usually didn’t have any people at all around him. A man estranged from his family that kept to himself… as he looked at Frank he thought that was a prime target for conversion right there. A bubbling instinct inside wanted him to revert back to his drone master form and take him right there, but that would defeat the point of the meeting. As he continued to muse on just how good a target Frank was though he heard the other wolf announce his total and break him out of his thoughts.
As Kevin reached out to pay he nearly dropped his card when he saw that white rubber had started to form on his hand. The drone part of him wanted this one and he could feel it starting to manifest inside him while they stood there in the empty story. Fortunately the other wolf was merely staring blankly at the screen waiting to accept the charge so he couldn’t see the changes happening and as whispers of blue smoke drifted from the changing man’s mouth he quickly pushed everything back. He was just about to meet with the others, Kevin thought to himself as his hand shook slightly while putting in the card to complete the transaction, he wasn’t going to turn anyone else until he could get himself under control or at least break free from the alien influence that he felt in his mind.
Once the charge went through Kevin quickly shoved his hand and the card back in his pocket before Frank looked back up and reached out with the bags for him to take. When he looked at his other hand and saw that it was normal he quickly took the items and thanked the shopkeeper before dashing out the door. His breathing was heavy at this point and his heart pounded in his chest as he continued to stamp back the instincts that were inside them, and once he got out into the open air of the street he could feel himself relaxing once more. That was close… Kevin shook his head as he looked down at his snacks and knew that this meeting couldn’t come a moment too soon as he turned and walked through the alleys that led to his building.
“What do you think you’re doing,” a dark and familiar voice said suddenly, Kevin glancing over to see the same monstrous gooey rubber version of himself from before walking next to him. “He was a prime target for conversion and yet you let him slip through your fingers. What sort of drone master are you?”
“One that doesn’t listen to the likes of you,” Kevin replied simply, keeping his voice down since he knew that he was actually just talking to himself in both the figurative and literal sense. “I know you’re just a manifestation of the alien programming in my head.”
“Then you should be listening to me most of all,” the monster replied as Kevin suddenly felt a push against his body that caused him to stumble back against the wall. As he felt himself press up against the stone he suddenly had the body of the naked lupine drone right in front of him, and though there was nothing actually there he could feel the presence of the creature as though it was. “You aren’t understanding this, the only reason you exist in this capacity is because it’s needed to remain in disguise, otherwise we wouldn’t be having this conversation.”
Though Kevin wasn’t sure what to say to rebuke this side of him in the back of his mind he realized something that even caused the monster to recoil slightly. This might be some sort of self-defense mechanism, something the aliens put in to make sure drones, including masters like him, wouldn’t step too far out of line. No doubt that this creature would probably have just taken over his body and brought him back to the ship to put his personality in line, but with that not being possible maybe this was the alien programming’s way of trying to protect itself from being tampered with. The creature seemed to realize what he was thinking and backed away before snarling at him and then disappearing completely.
Even with the encounter just being a mental one Kevin couldn’t help but feel slightly disturbed at it, especially since it seemed like his other side had grown bigger since their last encounter. It was clear that it was intent on completely subsuming his personality so that he would just go out and create as many drone slaves as possible as per the instruction of his dead alien masters. Fortunately the wolf had spent the entire day at work formulating a way around it and when he got back to his home he spent the time cleaning up and preparing food as he waited for the other two to come in. It wasn’t long after that he saw Marble come in, followed by Elory that had his guitar strapped to his back.
“Before we get into it I just want to make sure that now that we’re here in the flesh and not just speaking mentally that everyone is still adjusting well,” Kevin asked once they had set their empty bowls back down on the table. “How are you faring Marble?”
“I’m doing great actually,” Marble replied happily. “No one at work seems to notice anything different about me, though I do mostly work alone in the IT department. I did see a few people that I thought might be great to bring into the fold but I know that you told us that we needed to wait.”
The two turned to Elory and the wolf found himself slightly taken aback by the sudden attention before giving him a little nod. “Seems that what you did to me also hasn’t been noticed save for a few people noticing the new tattoo,” Elory said as he held up his hand to show the marking of his designation on it. “But that’s not the only thing, it seems that becoming one of these drones has… enhanced my musical abilities, to the point where not only are people listening to it because its good but they also seem to really get enthralled by it. Long story short is I think you gave me the power to hypnotize people with my songs.”
“That would make it easier to get more drones!” Marble said before his face also turned into one of introspection. “Come to think of it, I think you may have given me an ability as well. I was talking with a co-worker that was starting to annoy me since they thought they knew everything about computers, but when I started to question him on it… well, maybe it might be easier if I show you.”
Kevin watched in curiosity as Marble had Elory turn to him and start to answer math questions, and though the other wolf said he wasn’t really good at it he was able to answer the simple addition, subtraction, and multiplication problems that were given. At first the drone master wasn’t quite sure what he was looking at but as he could feel the manifestation of his power within the other man he could see Elory was starting to stumble slightly when it came to the harder questions. At first it was just the large number or multiplication questions that he was having trouble with, either pausing for a long time before answering or not being able to answer them at all, but as the seconds ticked by Marble moved back to simpler addition and subtraction ones that the other wolf found himself unable to answer. Even ones that had been answered easily before were being missed as Elory tried to ask why the two were chuckling his words came out wrong or quite simplified.
“You have the power to suppress intelligence,” Kevin said as he got Elory’s attention and could see tha this eyes were starting to have a distant look to them. “Elory, do you remember your designation?”
“KJ-01,” Elory replied immediately and clearly, which made it seem like Marble’s power might not affect the drone part of his mind as Elory looked between the two in confusion. “What’s… I…” Elory said as he tried to shake his head. “Think… hard… form…” After Kevin gave the drone a nod Marble released his fellow wolf from the grips of his power, and after a few seconds whatever mental fog he had been put in seemed to clear almost immediately. After solving a few more math problems normally again Kevin had seen enough and knew that Marble’s power would aid in what he was about to ask the two to do as he told them both to come into his bedroom.
“So the reason I called you both here is because a problem has recently cropped up that I need to deal with,” Kevin explained as the two sat down on the bed with him. “The same thing that gave me the power to convert you two is trying to corrupt my mind even more than it already has, pushing me to create more drones and to enslave them instead of what we currently have. I believe it’s time to cut the cord completely from this aspect and make sure that the only master from here on out is me.”
“Yeah, I think I would rather not be completely enslaved,” Elory responded. “But how are you going to do that?”
“By reprogramming myself,” Kevin replied simply. “One of the benefits my drone suit has given me is enhanced strategic awareness, which I’m using against it right now. All we do is push out the alien programming with some of our own, giving me complete control over this power and not having to worry about external influence.”
“I see,” Marble chimed in. “It’s like making you the admin and deleting all the other users, but didn’t you say their ship blew up? How are we going to reprogram you when you’re the most powerful piece of alien technology we have?”
“Well fortunately I have two drones that seem to have grasped mental manipulation,” Kevin said with a smile as he gave the other two a wink that caused them both to blush slightly in pride. “Now I know that this might be a bit risky but here’s the plan…”
Once he had explained everything to the other two they immediately stripped out of their clothes as rubber started to cascade over their fur. It had been almost uncomfortable to them to not be in their drone form but Kevin wanted to make sure that he didn’t get any interference from his other self as he watched his own body and the other two become a shiny white before markings began to appear over it. One thing he found interesting was that the barcode on their swelling pectorals had become faded and muddy, like someone had spilled isopropyl alcohol over ink. It seemed that his idea was already starting to affect the other two, but as bright blue smoke began to waft out of the shiny rubber vents in front of their muzzles the drone master knew he had to focus his thoughts.
One thing that Kevin did immediately was press his hand against the metal plate of their groins, watching the rubber slip out from it and the black rubber cock become fully erect. As the last of the grey markings appeared on their bodies the drone master saw the amplifier pads on the hands of Elory as they began to press against his head. He found it strange for a moment that he thought of him by his name instead of his designation, but that was because that was about to change as he nodded up to Marble who had knelt down in front of him. When he looked up at the visor of the other drone it had started to show a glowing blue spiral that was mimicked by his own in a rare instance of role reversal where the two he had created would be in charge.
But it quickly became clear that there was one part of him that was not going for the plan, Kevin groaning in his mask as the rubber around his head started to shift about. The hoses that connected from his muzzle to the pack on his back started to droop as the alien material thickened around his body while his muscles grew, and it wasn’t long until his mouth had become completely unsealed as the white latex turned to goo that dripped down it. “What do you two slaves think you’re doing,” the monstrous Kevin said as the alien programming manifested, his blue eyes glowing brightly against the black sclera as he looked up at Marble. “KJ-01, you are to cease this immediately and bring someone to me to drone!”
“I do not recognize that identification,” Marble replied as his hands pressed up against the forehead of the transforming rubber wolf while Elory did the same with his palms against the twitching latex ears. As the alien Kevin snarled and was about to push harder mentally on the drone he was interrupted by the sound of music flowing into his ears. As the two drones continued to do what their true drone master wanted it only seemed to infuriate the alien wolf between them even more as the last of Kevin’s body had reformed into a muscled gooey alien beast.
“You two do not have the authority to usurp me!” the alien creature practically bellowed, but as he started to breathe heavily he could sense that something was wrong as his eyes widened before he looked up at Marble. “What are you… what is happening to me? Why is becoming… so hard to think… this is not possible! You three belong to us!”
“We belong to the true drone lord,” Elory replied through his speakers directly into the alien’s ears as both of them could see the creature starting to squirm, though by this point the entrancement had also started to take effect on the drone master’s mind. “He has commanded that you have no place in this new world and as such we have been told to eliminate you completely.”
Though it looked like the alien creature was about to snarl at them and say something else the two could see that he was starting to look more confused and unsure about things. Though both Kevin and the alien creature that manifested in this new form were getting dumber equally Elory continued to push the real Kevin to assert himself while trying to get him to essentially forget about the other part. It was a slight stretch but it appeared to be working as they could see the gooey creature was no longer trying to order them around and merely growled to himself as he tried to keep his sense of self. The program was faltering though and once in a while the two caught glimpses of surprise on the big rubber werewolf’s face before it turned back to one of frustration.
When it was clear that the programming was taking effect the two enacted the next phase of the plan, which was the usual distraction through pleasure that Kevin had adopted when he had taken Marble and Elory in the first place. By this point the wolf’s face had started to go slack as enough intelligence was drained from him that it could no longer form reasonable thoughts, instead it was soaking in the ones from Elory as the enthrallment was easily able to take root in the mind that had just been blanked. At the same time Marble took his cock and began to push it into the exposed maw of the wolf, the blue fluid dripping from the tip mixing with the drool of the succumbed wolf creature while Elory had started to push his own maleness into the tailhole presented to him. With the gooey nature of his body the two drones had no problem pushing their cocks into the wolf in the middle and as they started to thrust their hips back and forth into the one between them it was not only for the shared pleasure of the three but as an act of dominance to further shred the alien programming inside of them.
Though it was hard for the gooey werewolf to think of anything with Marble’s power in his mind Kevin could feel himself starting to show through once more, pushing through the weakened chains of the alien programming that he had targeted. He could feel the power of the two drones he had created corroding it with their combined efforts and it wasn’t long before Marble began to feel the muzzle on his cock begin to suck on it in earnest. The alien was being defeated… but as Kevin started to take control again and his drone body began to reassert itself however he found that there was something in the beast itself that he enjoyed. With it no longer being a collar around him by the previous overlords he made the decision to keep it, though it was hard not to relate to it as his restrained mental capacity had turned him into a horny dumb rubber beast.
As the two drones rocked the gooey werewolf back and forth both Marble and Elory began to ease up on their powers, letting Kevin’s psyche flourish so that it could finish off the troublesome alien influence and free them for good. Though they didn’t see the drone version of their master reassert themselves they could feel him mentally taking control again, and as he did they began to see the black splotch on the white latex of their chests shift and rearrange. As the color changed from black to blue the word Ketex appeared on top of the newly formed barcode, and at the end of the series of lines were the numbers one and two for Marble and Elory respectively. They were no longer mere pawns for aliens anymore, as the gooey werewolf’s muzzle turned up in a smirk while coiling his tongue around the cock inside it Kevin knew that they were an entirely new breed.
They were the Ketex.
And he was their new Drone Lord.
After taking the gooey werewolf form as his trophy Kevin made sure to scrub the last of the alien programming from his mind with the help of Elory’s hypnotic music, and when the power of his drones left him completely he felt more in control than ever. While it didn’t mean that there could be other surprises from the alien technology that they had just commandeered he felt more comfortable with it. When he looked up he saw the new designations that he had picked out for the two he felt another thrill of pleasure run down his spine as he knew emphatically that they were his. From the thought matrix that they shared it was clear they agreed on who owned them and though they asked if their master would like to switch places Kevin had them continue to slide into his tailhole and maw as a reward for a job well done.
The three continued like that for a while before both Ketex-1 and Ketex-2 became exhausted after their second orgasm, which after the first the two had switched places while also stroking the creature that was Ketex-0. With all the power they used though the two immediately passed out as soon as they laid down on the bed while Kevin sat there and admired their bodies, stroking his fingers over the new designation label on their chests. His drones… they were his drones, and with the immediate threat of the monster that was inside him gone he could go out and make even more without worry. While he had gotten rid of the more insidious part of the programming he still remained a drone, and as went up to the window he saw in his reflection that his muscular body was no longer shiny rubber but had fur covering his impressive physique as his naked form stood there.
When he looked at the clock he realized that quite a bit of time had gone by, and as Kevin felt the itch of conversion that he had denied for so long he decided that he would scratch it. Since he had an intricate connection to the two drones that were resting he knew that he could leave them as he opened the window and climbed outside before hoping down to the ground. The grin spread over his face as he felt reinvigorated by his newfound transformation and ran naked down the alley towards his destination. With it being so late there weren’t many eyes out in the streets anyway and those that did catch a peek of his powerful form in action seemed not to mind as he made his way towards one place in particular to settle a bit of unfinished business from earlier…
