While reading the furry serial novel "Extracts from a Diary" by Barber Simon, the author mentions that the German colony in Antarctica is supplied in food by fishing submarines. This spurned me to imagine how underwater fishing could work. My first idea required significant external modifications, so I settled on a more modest internal design using the stern torpedo tube to deploy then retract a net. This allows the submarine to stay submerged while fishing.
