I've always loved your gestural approach to how you render your characters. This is no different, and I love the conceptual feel this has, especially with the minimalism in value and glowing effect you've given to the character in this. It gives him an almost holy or divine aura.
If you want to learn how to draw a fat stomach, or weighty characters, find some refrence of people with those sorts of builds on the net. It's not that difficult once you understand how the extra weight builds up on someone.
