Could be a close one
Micro can grow to skyscraper/aircraft carrier heights making himself very much bigger than Peak. But from I researched, maintaining larger sizes takes a toll on his body.
Peak on the other hand don’t have such limits as the extradimensional particles she has within her that are the source of her powers makes her self sustaining when in use. Also Peak can manipulate her own body mass and density.

I haven’t fully established it, but I would say her maximum growing size is somewhere between 400 feet and 500 feet(Monsterverse Kaiju size).
I’m avoiding the whole Mega/Giga macro thing for storytelling purposes.
With being the the smallest shrinking size I could go with near being able to go near microscopic or maybe go smaller and play around with the subatomic universe concept like with Ant-Man/Atom.

She seems to fight kaiju monsters that she can't understand or is literally lounging on a skyscraper and stopping a getaway car with her toe. Unless she hunches over and lays on her stomach with her feet in the air or is captured and held prisoner to a monologing villain(ess) I doubt she's talking to anyone at their level whilst on the job ... might as well pass the time, and occasional boredom, with bad puns - until her superhero group forms. :)
Well her full body suit goes to her feet in a stirrup fashion, if you look closely.😄
But it was for mostly Aesthetic reasons as I follow the tradition cartoon animals/furries being barefooted.
But maybe there are tactical benefits as well. I’m sure mouse paws have more grip if she decides to climb buildings to get the drop on some Kaijus.
Plus she can manipulate her own mass and density, so being bare pawed may not be a comforting issue, even when fighting Kaijus in decimate cities.
