This arc is rapidly nearing it's conclusion, I think maybe 3 pages left.
Aside from that I'd like to note that this station really has an eclectic array of supplies because while the main mission was testing and launching terraforming devices they did need to do field research and recovery missions on the planets to confirm results. These network emitters are a good example of that. They were originally intended as something you set up at camp and plug into the antenna you brought so everyone in camp can connect to the station communication network.
