Stephanie my be fairly small compared to a lot of other fitness enthusiasts at the gym, but this little dog can probably put you to shame.
She may not be as strong as a Malamute, but she'll give you a run for your money. And you'd better be sure to keep hydrated and stretch or she will give you the dickens over it.
She may not work at the gym anymore, but she considers fitness to be serious business with no room for shenanigans, tomfoolery, or skylarking for that matter.
Not that she's a stick in the mud, she just doesn't want anybody getting hurt.
