What's "odd" about it? That you saw more potential in this story and its characters than you originally thought? Sometimes it happens, heh. The “skeleton” of a simple obscene story over time acquired “meat” and has taken stable form that we all loved so much (closer to the beginning of the interactions between the wolf and his dragon).
