not EXACTLY what I referred to but meh, a good guess regardless :D found it rather funny that the higher you went you could see the computer change generations

Another thing too is that the higher you went, his portrait aged. But that's Cave Johnson, Portal 2, and channeling massive amounts of Saxton Hale in attitude. Great guy, sad how he died. When he got serious towards the end of his life, like really got serious, like "Strike a pose, cuz shit just got real' serious, it gave me chills.

I also upgraded my graphics from a GTX 275 to a GTX 470 specifically for Portal 2. Framerate never went below 60 frames through the entire game!

*SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO DON'T LIKE THEM!*
The portal 2 comic seemed to suggest that the ratman died due to a wound he sustained from a turret to his leg. even though he survived the initial wound, it didn't recieve treatment and it was pretty serious. afterward he climbed into a bed, and that's the last you see of him. probably bled out.
