So many folk it could be and each one could take the comic in a really random direction. It could be her mum or dad, or her long lost brother, alex, what about Kim or Em, or Em's brother Paul, it could even be a wild card, like Victor (her other brother we havent met yet) her other brother Matt, or someone like Marellos wife? Has anyone thought of Ms. Bella?
My reasoning is thus: Yes, it must be someone who A) knows of her baby-side, and b) someone who she's completely at ease around in baby-mode. OR, someone who she loves so much that even if they didn't know about the abdl thing, she'd never hesitate to go say hi.
Furthermore, her surprise rules out most of her abdl crowd because she knows they're there and would expect them. So, rule out our golden trio of Lure, Manda, and Tessa. Ditto, to Martin and Kim.
The two that I think it could be are...the gay brother, of the light purple hair origins,...or Ms. Bella.

and it isn't Tessa because Yuri knows her and that also rolls out marrlo. I don't think it is Elly because Yuri would probably know her and I don't think that is how star would react and it is probably not Flare or enyone at Flares party for the same reason, I think manda and lure aren't the person ether because of stars reaction. now how dose that leave us with?
also I would love to see more of the delivery driver, I thinks she is funny. and what is Kim's job I have wonder about that for so long also I love how every one here is so nice.

4 options each with various outcomes.
1: her brother. Cute family bonding moment (although I think stars "mom" might recognize a potential family member)
2: her mom. Could go either way between wholesome or bad (but again potential family member recognition)
3: martin/Kim would solve the "family being potentially recognized" issue and she would be surprised to see them.
4: the seamstress that Tessa introduced star to. More outfits that are "military" to save the clothes issue.
I hope it's the brother or her mom in a wholesome context. But it's anyone's guess.
