I'm not into Wings of Fire that much I heard of it but didn't read into it until a college classmate told me more about it
I'm always trying something new and Wings of Fire treats dragons as really big people with scales so I found that interesting Scavengers/humans are my favorite species in the four Comics read and yeah I'm more into comics, not chapterbooks.

It's sad seeing scavengers in the books treated like jokes so i decided to make up a mercenary company called HighFleet Skullwing made up of Humans and Dragons that speak each other's language, working towards some selfish goal.

The title is Dragon Dragoon because Dragoons are supposed to be mounted infantrymen on horses that dismount in the middle of a battle so basically the armored scavenger is not technically mounting the dragon instead the scavenger will dismount in the middle of a battle alongside the sand wing who is also armed to the teeth

I'm also trying to mimic the heavy metal style of art since i find it badass.
