This is Morgan, he works at the library of the Redsky College of Necromagic. He will perch on top of bookshelves and stare down at you ominously, telling you "you're not supposed to be at the restricted area..."

He's a mix of both tyto and strigidae owls because all owl lucans are a single species (just like all canine lucans are a single species), but he's considered mostly tyto.

I think I literally never mentioned Morgan anywhere outside my site despite having him since 2021. But yeah you see, I do still have some bird characters of my own haha
