Oh goodness I am loving the ancient Egyptian asthetic here, from the palace to the clothes to everything.
Do they still worship the pathaeon of gods? Is the king still considered the re-incarnation of Horus? Do they still mummify their dead and build elaborate tombs/pyramids? I would presume that despite how the society looks it's as advanced as it is in the Northern hemisphere?

In Kemet they still worship the Netjeru and most of the gods are still worshipped. As the Pharaonic family is jackal for now, Anpu and Upuaut are their main gods, but their society is conditioned to accept pluralism and that other people have other "main" gods.
The al-Khemis possess a pyramid in Zawty, but due to the sheer amound of people, family tombs are now more like crypts and not every single person is getting a full pyramid. Cremating has also established due to sanitary reasons, but for a burial of a full body, mummification is still practiced.

Yes, they are all animal headed. If a god had human and animal versions, only the animal version is present in this Kemet.

I see that he left quite a legacy. I love the fact that he allow them to bear the name Al-khemi despite them being bastards. I wish more kings were as kind and loving toward their illegitimate instead of discarding them to avoid scandal. At least Eren is no coward toward the result of his adventures. No risk of a succession crisis in Egypt then.
