Rick finally gets off his big attack! Unfortunately, an unorthodox move isn't quite as powerful against an opponent who's familiar with it... But how did that happen!?
This page, in particular, was really fun to work on :) I enjoyed the flow of the panels and getting to put my anatomy practice to good use. It was also nice to finally show off Rick's acrobatic moves. It's just a shame that he doesn't quite get to use them to full effect here. This page was also a fun challenge to work on because it was one of the few pages where the pencil lines were nonexistent for certain panels and I had to redraw the characters completely digitally. That really made the process of going from lines to color a lot smoother than I expected. I might try doing a fully digital comic in the future and see how it goes.
