OK but Nico actually *slays*.

I was going for another pun on the name of a lingerie brand, not so much that Nico would keep this a secret, except that he totally would because even as his redemption arc proceeds, one of his major fears would be the perception that he's "weak" or otherwise not "manly". Despite his brash, aggressive, and rebellious nature, he still fears judgement quite a bit.
A few times in the past, I have mentioned that Nico probably borrows Dominika's clothes and makeup on occasion, but after I drew Mr. Hynek engaging in his little hobby, I decided it was probably finally time to take a crack at drawing Nico Reynard in drag to see if it actually works for him... and, in my opinion at least, it certainly does.
This was just gonna be a rush thing, a sort of "proof of concept", but the more I worked on it the more I really liked how it was coming out and decided it would be worth finishing and posting, even if it is just more lazy pose recycling. Might have to do a version where he's fully clothed at some point, too, I think his vest and one of Dominika's shirts and a short skirt would work quite well for him.
At first, this is definitely something that he would be deeply ashamed for anyone to see, unless he already trusted them intimately. Outside of Dominika and perhaps Dominic Mephitto, Buck Donner, and Nick Domnall, it's unlikely anybody would know about this--at least not until Nico starts spending time with Jack and Hendrick, who would definitely provide the safety and support he needs to explore himself a bit.
As for Nico going out in public dressed like this, he'd probably do it for the expected selfish, rebellious reasons, but I can also 100% see him finding an honorable justification as well--if and when he meets Ash and some of the other outcasts, Nico would probably very quickly realize that a thug like him is the exact sort of bad bitch they'd want to have around on a night out if they ever felt threatened or unsafe, as Nico isn't going to back down from a fight even if he might risk messing up his makeup!
