I've finally recovered somewhat from last weekend's artist alley experience. My many thanks to all who visited my hastily made booth! This was my second time and I actually made profit, which makes me hopeful about my future as an artist! Didn’t really interact with people, but I had fun and felt like I was part of something.

Sadly, I didn’t have all the stuff I wanted to sell with me. I had to leave like half of my stock at home, because it wasn’t as polished as I’d liked (or simply didn’t have enough time to make them). Had I been given one more week to prepare, I think I’d had more stuff. I only had a month.

Fortunately, I think I might be able to open my actual webshop next week (i.e not my kofi shop) !

People were so nice at the con and I might have bawled when I waited for my bus to get back home. I might attend another con later this summer in the same city, but otherwise I have no other plans.

Last year I thought about making a comic about my first artist alley experience and I feel like I’m still going to make it, but adding stuff from this con to it too. I’ve already written a few pages.
