The Yondard story has gone through a few iterations, and initially featured one of my long time characters, Vetina. However, while there has been many design changes for Vetina, this will only go over the ones pertaining to these stories

-Digimon SIDE had Vetina as a Palmon/BlackGabumon Hybrid, having absorbed the body of a friend of her to survive a fatal accident. Some form of this has remained a major plot point for Vetina, and is part of the reason why later revisions still had her as being able to absorb others. However, at some point I wanted to make my own universe rather than use Digimon, just so the story could be more 'mine'.

-[An]Other Side was a considerable shift in character design, as I wanted something simple, yet striking, and this is how I settled on bodies that were largely black in color. For a period, Vetina was going to have arms that morphed into blades, but I would later remove that. AOS also still had Digimon SIDEs general premise of a trio of protagonists, with Taiga meant to come in later. In either story Vetina needed aid in searching for and rescuing her husband (in DS it would be a Betsumon/Duftmon).

-Yondard became the name of the creatures in the story, as changes in the story made "[An]Other side" less applicable as a title. The beginning of the story was also eventually retooled for Taiga to be a focus character alongside 'Rahtinah'. The name change was there to make this character more distinct from the other Vetina characters.

Designwise she maintained the yellow outfit amont other traits. Her arms being 'normal sized' is not so much a design change moreso the pictures would be before Rahtinah gets a new set of arms. However, there was a period where Vetina would wear Taiga's jacket. However, Vetina would have both the outfit and the jacket while Taiga had nothing, so I decided to give him back his jacket. Also, for the sake of my sanity I, at some point, removed her heterochromia and different colored eyelashes.

Her arms do get less rocky in nature but it was due to being inconsistent in how they were designed. Of the protagonists, outside of Rippah/Kolruu, Vetina has had the least general alterations, unlike Beverly/Fennia, who went from main character to support character in Yondard.
