I have only three things to say here:
1. Genies coming out of lamps is so oldfashioned. Therefore my genies come in smartphone app flavor.
2. Kangaroo rats are rare. Kangaroo rat transformations are almost unheard of. I demand more kangaroo rat transformations!
3a. I'm fairly certain this is my personal pun nirvana for the rest of the week. It's actually got multiple layers of pun! (Two puns for the price of one! Last one in stock! Get it now before it's sold out!)
3b. There is great potential for a sequel here. The quest for a worthy pun is on.

Hmm, I doubt she would be dumb enough to spoil another wish. Even more if it's on third wish, with no way to transform back then.
Though, there's plenty of new customer of this app who could fall for puns.
