<<< PREV | FIRST | NEXT >>>Part One is done! I've decided to drop "Chapters" thanks to feedback, but I think I'll keep separating stories into pieces and calling them parts.
For those familiar with some of my TP stories, this will be the start of Shelby's time in captivity, which won't be fun or leisurely so fair warning! It's going to get a bit intense in some parts. Is it weird to say I enjoyed writing some of it? Mostly the very beginning, I thought that was creative. I do also enjoy writing some of Shelby's oddities, which will show up more in later parts. The idea for this story came to me when I started to RP leisurely again and thought to myself, if you are 3000 years old someone would have noticed... and while this story isn't set 3000 years into Shelby's life, it is set in the year 2123 for those keeping track.
Speaking of keeping track, I may have said this before but I had a whole timeline that I wrote out years ago and somehow lost it, which has me mad. I kinda started to write it out again but definitely forgot some specific dates. Annoying, but oh well!

Can't blame the intel if you didn't even read it, Tom. I knew things were not going to end well for the soldiers; at least Shelby tried to remain non-lethal... until they brought out the guns.
I'm curious to know what was on the surveillance footage that the scientists have on Shelby that they'd go to these lengths to capture her.

I haven't brought it up yet, but it will be brought up later in this story lol. A lot of the things her capture story covers will be new information, as there will be much poking, prodding, and research happening. Won't be revealing all of Shelby's oddities though, still have a few fun quirks in my pocket once this story is done.
