Bookmark commission for mino of her fursona enjoying some time in the desert. Her top is actually light pink, but the scanner mangled it. Parts of it are blurry because of the tassel messing with the levelness of the bookmark itself.
Done with copic markers, micron inks, and white gel pen on bristol board. Other materials used are laminate, a metal grommet, and a tassel.

I love the background in this!!! It really has the desert feel with the cactus and desert flowers. I like the little details put into the cacti; it reminds me of when I lived in Texas. I like how her pants, and especially her tail came out. This is very serene and calming to look at c:

Thanks so much! I've really been trying to get better with backgrounds, and I was so excited to get to draw a desert...as funny as that sounds. Deserts have a plethora of colors and textures, so I knew it would be fun. This is one bookmark I'm actually sad to see go lol.
