More "reviving forgotten/underused character designs" art, this time featuring Scarlett, another fairly generic eye candy character I drew a couple times back in the late 2010s.

I originally drew her as a sort of one-off Halloween thing in 2018, and at the time I didn't really have any plans to make her into a distinct character, and even considered that she might just be Charla or Amika in costume for Halloween, but she sorta spun off into being yet another generic eye candy vixen I did nothing with for several years outside of a couple other generic eye candy/pin-up type drawings.
