While I don't specifically use this version of the character anymore, her design has kinda bled into or outright inspired other character designs I've made over the years (Abigail and Jennifer being examples).

She was envisioned as a dragon knight, as in a knight who is turning/can turn into a dragon. Granted 'Terra" has had many, many iterations, including a regular human.

But... just wanted to do this version since I remembered her and felt like giving it a shot. I don't draw human designs too much nowadays.
