I feel this, on a spiritual level

I have too much shit going on in my own life to even concern myself with this any more. I spent the entire previous month literally going insane because all I do was think about nonstop bad news and the bad things I've been dealing with personally. At this point, I only have the capacity to focus on the things I can control in my own life (and positive things in general) so I don't lie on the floor paralyzed by fear.
