Anya Agapov was having a particularly bad day. The kind hearted Kamchatka brown bear was sitting alone in her house reminiscing on the good old days when she was happy and well loved. The way her tiny boyfriend Todd treated her like a queen, and how she loved him dearly.
Everyone that knew them said they were a match made in heaven, and were waiting on the wedding invitations to start coming in.
On that awful day he even came with her favorite breakfast, and the engagement ring for the proposal.
But it never came to be... When she awoke from hibernation she was in an animalistic state and ripped him apart and devoured him. Only realizing what happened as his paws slipped down her throat. She spat out his bloodied, broken, bite ridden body and called the police.
He lived, little guy didn't even press charges against her but they were kept separated by they're families and a court order.
Sure she had a new boyfriend, a plump wolf named Riley but it seemed like all he actually wanted was someone to taste test his recipes and have someone to fatten up.
But after word got out about the mauling it wasn't like she had many options for love. That sort of behavior generally causes you to be shunned from polite society.
And recently she lost her beloved uncle Ivan who had raised her from a cub. He died trying to save the town from a monster, which indirectly he had succeeded in his effort. She lost her aunt Natasha to the same monster when she was a child. And her own parents back in Russia to an assassin. She was losing the battle with her depression and negative thoughts. She pulled the hand gun she kept for self defense out from the drawer of her nightstand and held it to her temple...
She looked to the ceiling and said: "Please forgive me..."

"WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!" A man's voice rang out causing her to shoot a hole into her wall before dropping the pistol onto her mattress out of shock.
Anya: "Кто там?! Где ты?"
He said: "Someone who can fix some of your problems, just put the gun away and I'll help you. You can call me Ultra."
She put the gun away, but not too far away.
Anya: "Very well Ultra, what can you do to help me?"
Ultra: "My poor girl, I'm the author behind you and the other residents of this town. I've come to help, I've done you so wrong."
She felt a hand on her shoulder.
Anya: "Author? You mean like the writer of a story?"
Ultra: "Yes, exactly. I'm afraid I have been much too cruel to you. I understand if you hate me for what I've done. Breaking your heart and causing you so much grief throughout your life."
Anya: "Well I definitely don't like you for what you've done!" As she smacked his hand from her shoulder.
Ultra: "That is understandable, but please give me a chance to make it up to you. I healed Todd's wounds and scars already. He asked me to help you. He knows it wasn't your fault."
Anya: "You mean he still cares about me?"
Ultra: "He always has, and he always will. Now shall I get started? How about I give you something that I can't do for myself?"
Anya: "And what would that be?"
Ultra: "Give you your parents back, Ivan and Natasha I mean."
Anya: "Y-you can do that?! I I..." As tears started running down her chubby cheeks.
Ultra: "It is done. They are in bed at they're home. Consider it a reward for the sacrifice he made to save the town."
Anya: "I I don't know what to say.. Thank you!!"
Ultra: "You are welcome my sweet bear, while I am here..." She then felt the warmth of his hand on her head. "No more nightmares. Any other changes you'd like made?"
Anya: "I feel like if I were to ask anything more I'd be greedy..."
Ultra: "Ask away, I'll see if I can do it!"
Anya: "D-do you think it would be possible to go see Todd sometime?"
Ultra: You can go see him anytime, I'm sure he'd love to see you again."
