This is a request from  roymccloud x3. He wanted an Emolga flying alongside a Pachirisu (Being helped somehow to try to keep up, like a ballon or something |3), a cute piccy in general, lol.
I attached a rope on the emolga's tail and the other side to the Pachirisu |3, worked out for me, lol. And the Emolga doesn't mind the extra work to fly, specially when his Pachitisu friend is trying so hard down there |3.
Comments, critics?
And one last note, I noticed almost at the end of doing this, that Emolga's head is an oval, not a circle |3;;; my bad, lol. So you don't need to point that out X'D
