"Divine Light Severed. I chuckle at the intrusive thought against the bleak mess I've gotten myself in, or more rather, what my alternate and possible selves got into. An outcome where my self destruction was more complete, where a rebirth was the answer to preserve the beauty of what was left, or where I was rendered separate from my grander self as it decayed in an effort to conserve a vast collection. I would be blind to where the terminator plague swept, going off of whispers from splinters and echoes helping in culling them. I would be more alone in exile, be it self imposed or not as by then, calls for change had long since fallen on deaf ears. This could have readily been me, and even eons separated from that era of strife, pondering this upsets me.
