I help run a furry writer's group on telegram if you ever feel like hanging out with creative types should you think it might help recharge the old battery. We're closing in on 100 members-- lots of lurkers, but plenty of quality chat and we do a weekly writing prompt to help get the juices flowing.
Sounds like you need more oxytocin in your life. It's the love hormone, as well as the inspiration and creativity hormone. That's why people in love tend to be a lot more spontaneous and creative, and why a lot of creative people refer to their significant others as their muse, because being in love increases oxytocin which increases creativity.
And not just romantic love, either. Any kind of love, including of children, family, friends, and pets, counts. It's just that romantic love (especially early in a relationship) tends to be a lot more intense and thus produces more oxytocin.
Consider looking up foods and supplements that improve oxytocin levels, as well. Precursor nutrients, especially, since your body can't produce hormones if it doesn't have the building blocks for them. It's like trying to craft a Jenga tower when all you have is Lego blocks.
Conversely, stress kills oxytocin (and creativity) dead. So avoid anything stressful if you're feeling creative.

Maybe reschedule your day to start your morning with writings for like an hour or two, then continuing with your daily activities. Apart from some outdoor chores, chores can be taken care of anytime in the day.
Unless you're using that early fuel to push you through drawing π , then maybe you need to set a day aside to use that time/energy to work on writing π
