Part of a sketchpad canvas file, thus the lack of timestamp on the filename. Done yesterday though, August 7th.
No real name yet but:
* has a wife and children but is probably bi honestly
* i think he'd be very stern and paternal like even if you weren't his child. but if you felt helpless and in pain he'd do what he could to help you and ease your pains
* i think he'd be prone to tears whenever something moves him a lot
* everyone is terrified of him bc resting bitch face
* teaches martial arts (judo?)
I wanna draw him as a macro so bad... That'll definitely go on Mature category though, I worry the kiddies will run into it on Google or something otherwise ;x; I literally watched a video essay on Kph*ria yesterday, so. I'm glad I had the hindsight to avoid his shit after peeking into one, though that's one of the rare instances Encycl*pedia Dr*matica didn't fuck kid me up six ways from sunday.
I'm also just glad I didn't get completely bodied after finishing this doodle but it did take 30 minutes-ish rather than an hour or more.

The difference between KoF and SF is very notable in how the latter goes even harder on the bara but even harder on not bothering with compelling lore. I need to play more KoF,,

I might honestly. I'm just sad Mareg's fate in Grandia 2 is spoiled on a Google search but for people like us who feel strongly about lion men it may be for the best?
Anyway thanks, I grew up with Capcom fighters and even before I got into bara (at an age much younger than I should have been, but that's 2010s internet I suppose) they helped shape my taste in men. JRPGs also helped on that aspect, shout outs to the occasional WRPG guy that looks cute (Iron Bull is the only thing I really care about Dragon Age?), they're less common on that end because I fuck more with JRPG artstyles despite liking the gameplay of both styles. I don't like using the terms JRPG and WRPG, it's unnecessary categorization (and calling all of Asia "Japan" is kinda tonedeaf), but still.

Not sure, Mareg had a gruesome death I almost cried when I saw the cutscene... Apparently he and Tio had a strong friendship so I'll play the game because I'm really interested in it now.

Oh buddy, I'm jealous, I wish I could cry like that. Grandia 1 is pretty good too, and both the PSX and Saturn versions are translated (latter is fan translated). There is an HD version, but the sprites have all been put through a filter and I'm not a fan. Lunar 1&2 are nice too, I'd suggest playing the MCD and either Sat/PSX (Sat is patch) or PSP versions of the former, and either the MCD or PSX versions of the latter (no translation of the Saturn version).
Just take note about the script on Lunar 1&2 having a bit too much of bad translator humor. I adore localizations but, still.

I guess I'm just a crybaby, Mareg just won my heart and that's why he has gained another fan! Thanks for the recomendations too! I can see it's a game with difference translations... There's a controversy currently about this topic nowadays so I appreciate the guidance as well :b
