Here I have used Hero Forge to show that the slim young man has turned into a huge, massively muscular anthropomorphic (were)kangaroo, and his clothes have not survived his transformation very well. He is worried that he will scare the young woman. The young woman is simply surprised and cannot believe that this squirmy guy has turned into something so huge.
