From hot days to cold nights, a single sunset brings a lot of change.
While a skiff's frame can be a fashion statement, at the end of the day being practical is always appreciated. And with how flexible a skiff's frame can be, you can do a lot with your lil' mechanical buddies. And that's what these frames are all about! Depending on your line of work or your hobbies, these will prove useful for a long while! And they still look good doing it. Can't ignore that.
Model tag {MD-Y}: This hardy frame is built for trips under the scorching sun, while giving you some much-needed shade. More versatile than a car, more compact than a plane! A high carrying capacity means it can haul passengers and cargo alike. Starship databanks called creatures similar to this frame a..."horse"?
Model tag {DS-K}: Databanks upon databanks are packed into this frame on top of patented "abstraction sinks" on its head. It can calculate trajectories of every ice chunk in the planet's rings overhead...at the same time! Don't be surprised if your Skiff gets a little haughty in this one.
Model tag {KT-Y}: ...okay, they gone? Great. You need info, right? Classified info? I'm not gonna ask questions and neither is this frame. It's entirely battery-powered, so it can slink through the night silently and grab any info you need. Lockpicking, signalrips, espionage, you name it.
They have no "official" names yet; that honor goes to the winners!
The following applies to all three:
Starting bid: $10 USD
Minimum increase: $5 USD
Auction ends: Sunday, August 25, 6:00 PM PST (9:00 PM EST)
Bid by replying to the current highest bidder. Bids will not count otherwise. Bidding less than the minimum increase will likewise not count.
All bid amounts are in USD.
If someone bids 30 minutes (or less) before the auction ends, that one auction will be extended by another 30 minutes. This keeps happening until the bids stop.
The winner will get the rights to the design and the rights to use it anywhere, commercial or no, as long as right of attribution is still held. These rights do not apply to the Skiff species as a whole; they remain an open species.
The winner will also receive an un-watermarked transparent .png and .psd file for the adopt they get. As they have the rights to the character, they are free to redistribute or edit these files.
Once the auction ends, the winner will recieve an FA note with instructions on how to pay for it and get the files.
