You may notice that this is particularly unusual compared to most things I would post here. This is the language of the Agoniforms. Part 1 specifically, for all the baseline "roots" for words. They're not to be confused with consonantal or vocalic roots, they simply serve as a semantic root in which all phonemic bits can attach themselves to.
