Skittles is a 26 year old bubblegum nidorino living in the sonic world, residing somewhere near aquatic capital. He's not fat, just "bubbly". While he can shrink his belly and butt somewhat, this is BASICALLY his normal. He's quite light, about as light as a stick of gum (and lighter when he inflates more). The circumstances surrounding his coming to existence is largely unknown, it's just known he's made of gum. He has the powers of a nidorino and the traits of gum. It's likely that he can evolve but hasn't grabbed a moonstone. Sometimes he enjoys taking a nice flight/float around aquatic capital. While an exact limit isn't known for him, the largest he's gotten before SOMETHING pops him is roughly around the size of a gigantamaxed snorlax.
