Nuri is a 22 year old Nidoran male living in the sonic world, residing in the meteortech Arsenal section of the meteortech premise. He's puffy, not fat (anymore). Much like Cotton, he was turned into a toy, having a little bit of an action figure aesthetic with his arms and legs while the rest is more balloon like. He gets a bit embarrassed about his circumstance around new people (he eventually stops getting embarrassed about it around that new person but the cycle repeats with new people). He has the powers of a nidoran male and a toy. Admittedly, if he wanted to inflate, he could fill the arsenal (passed that is unknown).
