Altoia is a 28 year old nidorina living in the sonic world, running a candy shop she and her brother run together in the nightside rush area. She's not fat, though any fat she WOULD have went to her butt. Her name is based on a mint brand of altoid. Her nickname comes from the fact she makes her own candy (her favorites are the mints and popping candies). She has the powers of a nidorina.
