Bolts is a 24 year old tenrec living in the sonic world, due to circumstances residing on Sky road (the sonic riders version). He's a bit rotund. He was a normal mobian tenrec before being permanently affected by the metal virus (he can't spread it to anyone at least). He has the powers of electricity, usually used for electro-magnetism, enhanced durability, and maybe a little bit of a Venom like traits (without the actual symbiote). The metal virus took away the need for air in space. On bad days he just jogs around the sky road track.
