This is Goshizu-Gomazu, a character from one of my stories. He's actually dead, but animated by the power of a deity. That said, he isn't really alive... he fights by mimicking others. Specifically, he'll mimic anyone that says his full name... so the group he's traveling with decided to shorten his name to "Go-Go."
This is obviously a throwback to Gogo from Final Fantasy. I really tried to catch that essence when designing his outfit. I think it turned out all right; someone referred to him as a "minimalist Gogo," which sounds about right.
At least this Gogo has a reason for being antisocial: he's a walking corpse!
