This is Fiora, a character from many years ago. In fact, I drew this thing in 2006, which is probably why it's not the greatest (like she has no hips, sadly). I do like the color scheme, though, and it's nice to get it down after five years or so!
Basically, she's the queen of a race of cat-like people that are nearly extinct, and she's skilled with healing magic.
