Another one of the subspecies of keiscarans, this time the cultist (place holder name) ones. They are the smallest of the keiscarans, however they are the best at using the keiscarans signature power : blood manipulation, where they lack in strength they make up in how well they can use blood as a weapon. The mask they wear is meant to symbolise their god as he whore one that was similar.

Their main role in keiscaran society is politics / infiltration, they rarely fight in front lines and are mostly used to sneak up on enemy leaders, cause wars by creating conflict between leaders, or weaken kingdoms by infiltrating the leaders.
