Bio: No matter where you are in the galaxy always remember there can and will be one creature to beware of. Sadly if you run into Emperor Zankoku then you should forget about a mercable death. Subject to tests and experiments as a child he was strong enough to match legendary villains powers. He flies to planet after planet to pray for the weak and toy helpless people. He is rotten to the core and will kill anyone if he/she gets on their nerve. But what he really doesn't like are things that are unknown and strange which describes Bluerush.

Powers
Finger Blasts: You don't become a dictator by doing nothing, Zankoku can project beams of energy from his fingers. He can fire a barrage of them to take out multiple of targets and fire a full-power one to possibly kill someone.

Black Void: With him being subject to painful experiments as a child Zankoku can summon darkness over a large area and swallow up anything he chooses. When swallowed, the person or object is subjected to a large amount of gravity and crushed which he can expel all of the destroyed remains of what his darkness had swallowed up at once.

Draco Burn: Due to all his training Zankoku can expel several dragon-headed fireballs from his mouth to cover the frontal, left, and right sides of his opponent. As the dragon-heads move erratically, it makes the technique much more difficult to avoid.
