Charity is a 45 year old mecha phantom beast Dracossack and nidoqueen hybrid living in the sonic world. She's rather fat. She's the mother of phantora...though doesn't participate in races normally, using her size or age as a reason (usually her size...granted she could manipulate it...or at least make a phantom beast of herself within the allowed parameters. She's been tasked to explore the starfall islands, currently patrolling Chaos Island. She has the powers of a nidoqueen a mecha phantom beast dracossack. She gained enough experience to make her phantoms more solid, as opposed a full on illusion like phantora's.
