Nelly is a 28 year old nidorina performapal odd eyes unicorn hybrid living in the sonic world. She's fat, this is not too much of a problem for her line of work. For safety precautions, sometimes for fun and or show purposes, she has a pair of inflatable boobs (these may inflate more over the course of a show or in the event an airbag or landing pad is needed). She has the powers of a nidorina and performapal odd eyes unicorn. Her other eye is more red/violet. The plan (for the performance in this image) is essentially a living trick shot through radical highway (with some magic assistance, special effects, and potentially some safety equipment).
